Computer Help Desk Technician (A+ Certified)

Looking for an A+ certified candidate to:

  • Provide Level I technical support for hardware and software including workstations, laptops, netbooks, tablets, and personal and network printers/copiers.
  • Support in and out of warranty devices.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Pursue IT manufacturer repair certifications as needed (Lenovo, HP, etc).

Desired Skills & Experience

  • CompTIA A+ required
  • Candidate should have an advanced understanding of computers and basic networking skills
  • Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate should have basic knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 8
  • Lenovo repair certifications preferred

Warehouse/Production Associate

Primary functions:

  • Responsible for warehouse duties in loading, unloading, sorting, stocking, staging of products
  • Responsible for production duties: unboxing, imaging, tagging, labeling, etching and boxing of products
  • Prepare products for shipment to include packaging, strapping, wrapping for safe shipping
  • Keep warehouse/production areas clean and organized daily (i.e. product in correct location, free of trash, etc.)
  • Verify and prepare products for each order
  • Verify computations against physical count of stock
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions
  • High school diploma or GED required – basic reading and math skills
